Role Overview
As a Sales Representative / Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the business and sales leaders to plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales process by leveraging social media, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize social media channels, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Support lead generation and demand creation initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Assist in creating engaging content that communicates CIS’ technology and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and marketing tools
- Customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
Education & Legal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background check
