We are seeking seasoned Identity Professionals to join our collaborative team and contribute to impactful IAM projects for enterprise clients.
Location: Remote (occasional travel may be required)
Role Overview
As a Senior Identity Professional, you will design, develop, and deploy Identity Governance and Administration solutions across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business process requirements into optimized technical solutions, and provide guidance on identity operations, design, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise IGA solutions
- Configure and maintain NetIQ and SailPoint Identity products; familiarity with ForgeRock, Ping, Saviynt, and other IAM tools is a plus
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows
- Contribute to operations, support, and development of IAM systems
- Apply development skills in Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, or related languages as needed
- Support database, networking, and network management considerations for identity solutions
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients; self-directed when necessary
- Provide guidance and expertise to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant IAM implementations
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise IGA solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and collaborative, with strong task and time management skills
- Proficiency with NetIQ and SailPoint platforms
- Familiarity with other IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Saviynt, etc.
- Experience in operations, support, development, and solution design
- Development skills: Java, JavaScript, BeanShell, or similar
- Awareness of database, networking, and network management concepts
Education & Legal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background check
